Larry Gene Boshears, Jr, 28 passed away June 9, 2014 peacefully at his Anchorage home.
The Guest Book is expired.
A Celebration of Larry's Life will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, June 14, 2014 at the Abbott Loop Community Park, 8101 Elmore Road, Anchorage.
Larry was born October 6, 1985, in Paragould, Arkansas, and moved to Anchorage in 1988 with his family at the age of 3.
Larry was a "Hands on" type of person with a very strong work ethic and prided himself in doing things right. Working as a supervisor at Yard Chief Yard Care for the past four years, he was always eager to learn new skills and make new friends in the process, always making time for family and friends that needed his help.
He was a caring Husband, Father, Brother, Son, and Uncle that thrived on working hard, helping others, being outdoors hiking, snow machining, 4-wheeling, working on cars and any reason to BBQ.
Larry is survived by his wife of 11 years, Jeanette; his daughter, Amber; parents, Steve and Maxine Behlke; brother, Jon Dixon; sisters, Tiffany Boshears and Holley Barnedt; along with countless nieces, nephews, and friends he considered his family.
