11, 2014, at the Alaska Regional Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska. He was born September 6, 1952, in
Cheyenne, WY and became a resident of Anchorage in 1983.
A memorial will be held at Zion Lutheran Church, 2100 Boniface Parkway, Tuesday, June 17th.
Craig was with the Bureau of Land Management(BLM) in Fairbanks from 1983-1988 and BLM in
Anchorage from 1988-2012. He was a member with the Zion Lutheran Church, Chugiak Gem &
Mineral Club, and the Gold Prospectors of America/Anchorage (GPAA). He received an award for State
Champion Gold Panning. Craig took a special interest as a rockhound and BLM outdoor week education.
He is survived by his mother, Elvira Casner of Cheyenne, WY; brother, Kerry Casner (Nancy) of Cheyenne,
WY; and nephew Michael Casner (Cailtin).
Craig was preceded in death by his father Ernest Casner Jr.; and two brothers David and Douglas.
Arrangements were by Janssen's Evergreen Memorial Chapel.
