Jimmy Paul James passed away at the Alaska Native Medical Center on June 17, 2014.

A public visitation will be held at Janssen's Evergreen Memorial Chapel, 737 E Street, Monday, June 23, 2014, at 2 p.m., with a service to follow at 3 p.m. Pallbearers include Rusty Balantac, Tommy Thomas, Brian Jones, Tommy Stanford, Charlie Hubb, and Ray Salanoa.
Jimmy will be laid to rest at Memorial Park Cemetery on Wednesday, June 25, 2014.
Jimmy was a very sweet, kind, loving young man, with a heart of gold. He loved family, friends, music, wrestling, basketball, chocolate chip pancakes, his iPhone, and his facebook friends.
He is survived by his parents, Moses and Diane James; his sisters, Jodi James and Lanea Paul; his brother Jovan Paul; birth mother Bernice Paul; birth father Gregory Ayunerak; Uppa Zacheus Paul; and many cousins, aunts, uncles, and family across Alaska. Jimmy will be deeply missed by all that was lucky enough to know him. God be with you always. I love you my son. In lieu of flowers please donate to Special Olympics.
