Anita Chanilingok went to Heaven on June 3rd, 2014. She was born in Las Vegas, NV on December 23, 1944. Anita raised 4 children in Anchorage, Alaska. She was the most wonderful and giving mother and friend. She retired from the School District in which she helped handicapped children learn. Anita was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. She never expected anything in return. She was the kindest soul I knew. She loved to just hang out with family and friends. During the last few years of her life she was having great difficulty with Dialysis and her heart. She passed just as gentle as she existed in life. Her family loved her so much; she will be very greatly missed. Anita was preceded in death by her daughter, Nannette Burt, her mother and father. She is survived by her daughters Barbara Burt and Babette Miller and her son Richard Burt. She is also survived by many grand kids and great grandkids. Her family would like you to join them in a celebration of life at the Lidia Selkregg Chalet (Russian Jack Springs) on Boniface and Debarr on Friday, August 8th, 2014 from 6 to 8 pm. Arrangements are with Janssen's Evergreen Memorial Chapel.
