Russell Moses Obituary

Mr. Russell Keith Moses was born on June 29, 1974, and died on May 1, 2018.
The sun rose on the life of Mr. Russell Keith Moses on June 29, 1974, in Anchorage, Alaska, when he was born to James and Rosa Moses. The youngest of seven children, Russell had four sisters, Juanita, Sandra, Bridgett and Monica; and two brothers, James and Patrick. Russell was divorced with three wonderful children: Elijah, Isaiah and Tamiyah.
Russell graduated from East High School. Following high school, Russell worked for First National Bank for 19 years. At the time of his death, Russell was employed with GCI for the past 2.5 years and held a part time job with Brown Jug for the past 10 years. He was a reliable and loyal employee.
Russell enjoyed riding his motorcycle, watching sports, playing video games and fishing. Russell loved the holidays to be at his mom's house, enjoying his family, eating good food and ending the day sleeping on his favorite couch, with leftovers packed to go. A fond childhood memory of Russell was as a little second grader heading to school running and skipping with his new Spider-Man backpack that made him invincible.
He will be greatly missed. Mr. Moses reminds us that life is short. "Never put off tomorrow what you can do today; live life to the fullest and forgive."
Rest in peace, Mr. Russell Keith Moses.
Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2018, at 2:30 p.m., at Legacy Funeral Homes - Heritage Chapel at Angelus, 440 East Klatt Road, Anchorage, AK 99515.\
