Burnettown, SC - Mr. Bobby D. Kaney, 81, husband of Mrs. Patsy Whittle Kaney, of Walker Street, Burnettown, SC, entered into rest on Monday, May 19th, 2014. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Patty Lynn Kaney.
Born in Burnettown, SC to the late William Dudley and Eunice Anderson Kaney. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy in the Korean War. He retired from Graniteville Company with thirty years of service and was of the Catholic faith.
Surviving with his wife Patsy Whittle Kaney is a daughter, Teresa Gregory and a grandson, Jessie P. Gregory, all of Burnettown, SC.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, May 22nd, 2014 at 2 o'clock in the Hatcher Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gene Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Langley Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ralph Gunter, Jeffery Anderson and his nephews
The family will greet friend on Wednesday from 6 until 8 p.m. at the Hatcher funeral Home and Cremation Service, US Hwy. No. 1, Langley, SC.
