Mr. Boyce Taylor
TRENTON - Mr. Boyce Lavon Taylor, 74, husband of Mrs. Sharon Taylor, of Trenton, SC, entered into rest on Saturday, April 15, 2017. He was preceded in death by a brother, Wallace Taylor and a sister, Debra Fields.
Mr. Taylor was born in Baxley, GA to the late Earl Talmadge and Melvene Inez Johnson Taylor. He retired from Owens Corning and Fiberglass with 40 years of service. Mr. Taylor enjoyed fishing and duck hunting, eating a good meal and especially talking. He never missed a breakfast with his friends at the Airport Grill.
Surviving with his wife Sharon Taylor, of Trenton, SC, are children: Don Taylor (Alison), Alpharetta, GA, Steven Taylor (Krystal), Salem, SC and Jenny Taylor Godfrey, Aiken, SC; step children: Jimmy Robinson, Aiken, SC and Erica Rhodes, Langley, SC; sisters: Wanda Randall, Sandra Backensto (Roger) and Carol Taylor, all of Trenton, SC; ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be on Tuesday at 1 o'clock at Christian Heritage Church, Graniteville, SC with Pastor Stephen Phillips officiating. The family will greet friends from 11 o'clock until service time.
