Caroline Royston Zody
GRANITEVILLE, SC - Mrs. Caroline Royston Zody, 78, wife of the late Lynn B. Zody, entered into rest in the comfort of her home on Sunday, November 9th, 2014.
Born in Harrisburg, PA, she was a daughter of the late John W. and Caroline Miller Royston. She retired from Burger King where she was an Administrative Manager. Caroline enjoyed Tennis, was an avid USCA Pacers Basketball fan and enjoyed going to Amelia Island.
In addition to her husband and parents, family members include step-daughter, Kimberle Anne Ruppert, Waynesboro, PA; siblings, Lucy Ann (Andy) Angelucci, Harrisburg, PA and the late M/Sgt. John W. Royston, USAF Ret., grandson, Zachary Ruppert, niece, Beth Marie Burns, nephew, Andy Angelucci, Jr, great-nieces, Shalane Angelucci and Jamie Reisinger and great-nephew, Jeffrey Burns.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th, 2014, at 3 o'clock at South Aiken Church of God, Aiken, SC, with Bishop Bruce Fox officiating. Entombment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Graniteville, SC. Pallbearers will be Joe Lewis, Troy Overstreet, Vince Alexander, Dane Thomas, Nick Cribb and Jeff Nation.
If so desired, memorials may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of South Carolina, 225 South Pleasant-burg Dr. Greenville, SC 29607 or Friends of the Animal Shelter-Aiken County Animal Shelter, P. O. Box 2207 Aiken, SC 29802.
The family will greet friends on Wednesday, from 2 until 3 o'clock at South Aiken Church of God.
