Charles "Chuck" Waldrup
NORTH AUGUSTA, SC - Graveside Services for Mr. Charles "Chuck" Waldrup, 86, who entered into rest October 12, 2014, will be conducted this Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock in Pineview Memorial Gardens. Rev. Tyler Strange officiating.
Mr. Waldrup was a native of Anderson, SC, a former resident of Los Angeles, CA for ten years, having made North Augusta his home for the past 63 years. He was a Korean War Veteran, a member of the Augusta American Legion Post 63, the Ruff Masonic Lodge in Anderson, SC for over fifty years, and retired from E.I. DuPont.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Doris W. Waldrup, North Augusta, SC; two sons, Steve Waldrup and his wife Kathy, Ken Waldrup and his girlfriend Shara Morgan, all of North Augusta, SC; three grandchildren, Christopher Waldrup (Jennifer), Katelyn Lesko (John) and Daryl Waldrup (Brittany); one great-grandson, Lane Waldrup
Honorary Pallbearers will be the nurses of Savannah River Nursing. Active Pallbearers will be Christopher Waldrup, Daryl Waldrup, John Lesko, Mark Brown, Randall Brown and Ben Dyar.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Tuesday afternoon from 1:30 until 2:30.
