Dianne Cook "Cookie" Hallman
CLEARWATER, SC - Mrs. Dianne Cook Hallman, 74, affectionately known as "Cookie", beloved wife of fifty-four years to Mr. Tony Hallman, entered into rest suddenly on Friday, September 9th, 2016.
Born in and a lifelong resident of Aiken County, SC, daughter of the late Dan and Martha Sease Cook, she was a 1961 graduate of LBC High School. She was a Homemaker. Miss Cooke was a very active member of Clearwater First Baptist Church where she was a member of the Kingdom Seekers Sunday School Class and formerly taught the Children's Sunday School Class. She enjoyed feeding birds, reading and cooking. More than anything however, she enjoyed taking care of her great-grandchildren, Amelia Hallman and Madison Cerasulo.
In addition to her husband, parents and great-grandchildren, family members include sons, Daniel "Dan" Hallman and his wife, Michelle and Jeffrey "Jeff" Hallman, all of Clearwater, SC and grandchildren, Daniel Taylor Hallman and his wife Leighanne, Erin Hallman Cerasulo and her husband, Nick and Jeffrey R. Hallman.
The family will greet friends on Monday, morning, September 12th, 2016, from 10 until 11:30 at Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 3464 Jefferson Davis Hwy., Graniteville, SC. A graveside service will follow at 12 o'clock in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Graniteville, SC, with Pastor John Bolin officiating. Pallbearers will be Chuck Anderson, Eric Sisk, Sammie Turner, Carol Fulmer, Nick Cerasulo and Alton Wilson.
The family has asked that memorials in memory of Cookie be made to Clearwater First Baptist Church. (www.clearwaterfbc.org)
