Estelle Mary Ferguson
Burnettown, SC - Ms. Estelle Mary Ferguson entered into rest on Tuesday, April 1st, 2014, her 93rd birthday.
Born in Round O, SC and a resident of Aiken County, SC, since the age of 3, she was a daughter of the late Daniel Gary and Coralee Weeks Ferguson. She retired from Dixie Clay Company. Ms. Ferguson was a very active charter member of Hillview Baptist Church, where she served as Treasurer for many years.
In addition to her parents, family members include siblings, Kenneth (Kathryn) Ferguson, North Augusta, SC, the late M.B. Ferguson and the late Alice Farmer, nephews and nieces, Julian (Sybil) Farmer, Burnettown, SC, Bonnie Randolph, North Augusta, SC, Patricia (Larry) Whittle, Burnettown, SC and Danny (Deborah) Ferguson, Aiken, SC, as well as many great-nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, April 4th, 2014, at 11 o'clock at Hillview Baptist Church, Graniteville, SC, with Pastor Landon Williams and Pastor Ken Garvin officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Graniteville, SC. Pallbearers will be Joe Clary, Jimmy Hardy, Ed Dotson, Ron Durden, Brian Levins and Richard Sykes. Members of the Ruby Dennis Sunday School Class and Gerry Garvin, Juanita Hall, Imogene Durden and Mitch Hutto will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.
If so desired, memorials may be made to Hillview Baptist Church.
The family will greet friends on Thursday, April 3rd, 2014, from 5 until 7 o'clock at
Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Langley, SC.
