Eunice was of very strong Christian faith. She was a devoted and faithful member of Piney Heights Baptist Church and continued her faith at Lakeside Baptist Church for the remainder of her life. She especially loved being a helper in the Joy Class and visiting members with her good friend Linda Faye Watkins. She worked hard all of her life, including 26 years at Seminole Mill, and 15 years at Therm-O-Disc/ASCO. She was very proud of being able to push mow her own yard until the last year of her life. She was well known for her country cooking, banana pudding and pound (party) cake. The family would like to thank GRU for the special care that was given to our Mom during this difficult time. In addition, the family would like to thank the many friends that made time in their busy days to visit Eunice during her hospital stay.
Pall bearers include Travis and Stephen Blystone, Jimmy Reece, Mike Lowe, Larry Haney and Chris Alverson. Honorary pall bearers include Tony Willis, Tim Carlton, Julian Farmer, Carl Watkins, Heath Griffin and the Lakeside Baptist Church Joy Class.
