AIKEN, SC - On April 14, 2016, Mrs. Fannie Lee Herrin departed this life being secured and assured she was joining her Heavenly Father.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 22, 2016 at 12 Noon at Second Baptist Church, 425 Hampton Ave., Aiken. The Reverends Donald Brooks and Justin Higgins will officiate. Interment will follow at Reedy Branch Baptist Church Cemetery, 978 Duncan Rd., Ward, SC.
Survivors include two sons: Ralph (Carla) Bettis, Plant City, FL and Leroy (fiance;e Alicia Drummings) Herrin, Aiken; a devoted granddaughter, Cassandra Elaine Williams (Eugene) Carter, Aiken; one sister, Mable Hamilton, Aiken; two sisters-in-law, Artie Lee Emanuel, Johnston, SC and Carolyn Manuel, Pittsburgh, PA; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Friends may call the funeral home beginning at 1:00PM on Thursday, April 21, 2016, the residence of Cassandra (Eugene) Carter, 235 Summer Place Dr., Aiken - (803) 443-3498 or Leroy Herrin - (803) 645-9007. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6:00PM - 7:00PM at the funeral home and will assemble at the residence of Mrs. Fannie Herrin, 1346 President Dr., Aiken on Friday morning at 11:15AM.
