WINDSOR, SC - Graveside Funeral Services for Frances DuBose Nunn, 88, of Windsor, SC, will be held eleven a.m. Monday, September 22, 2014 at the Windsor First Baptist Church Cemetery.
Friends may call at the home in Windsor.
Memorials may be sent to Kedron Baptist Church, 233 Kedron Road, Aiken, SC 29805.
Mrs. Nunn passed away on Friday, September 19, 2014 at her home. Born in Blackville SC, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Alma Richardson DuBose.
Mrs. Nunn retired from the U.S Postal service as postmaster after 33 years of service, served on the Windsor Town Council, was a member of the First Baptist Church of Windsor and was married to the late Lewis Smith Nunn, Sr. for 32 years.
Survivors include her daughter, Diane Musick of Augusta, GA; son, Lewis Smith (Tammy) Nunn, Jr. of Johns Island, SC; grandchildren, Kevin (Teresa) Musick, Samantha Nunn, Kristena Nunn; great-grandson, Trayton Devins; half-sister, Rita Seagler, of Macon, GA; a number of nieces, nephews and her special family, the Mizell's.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Clarence DuBose, Jr.; a sister, Margie Harrison; a half-brother, John DuBose and a half-sister, Alma Andrews.
