Jack Robert Maury Furtick, Jr.
SPRINGFIELD, SC - Funeral services for Jack Robert Maury Furtick, Jr., 84, of Springfield, SC will be held four-thirty p.m., Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, SC, with the Reverend Dalton Ward officiating; burial will be in the Dean Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from five to seven p.m., Monday, May 30th at Folk Funeral Home, Williston, SC.

Mr. Furtick passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2016.
Born in Aiken County, SC he was a son of the late Robert Maury Furtick, Sr. and Lester Kennerly Furtick and was married to Ethel Ann Gunter Furtick.
Mr. Furtick was a self-employed farmer, was a deacon and member of Dean Swamp Baptist Church and former deacon at Springfield Baptist Church of Springfield. Mr. Jack was a faithful follower who lived a life of service for his Lord. He served on the South Carolina Baptist Board from 1975 to 1980 and was a US ARMY veteran.
Survivors include his wife Ethel Ann Gunter Furtick of the home; a son, Robert Maury (Angie) Furtick of Springfield; two daughters, Amy (Robbie) Randall and Yvonne "Von" (Sammie) Baughman of Springfield; grandchildren, Robert (Patricia) Randall, Jr., Bridget B. (Billy) Ricks, Beth R. (Louis) Fulmer, Melissa R. (Ben) Treaster, Brooke B. (Kevin) Walker, Samantha Furtick, Braxton (Melissa) Baughman, Brady Baughman and Cecil Furtick; great grandchildren, Brianna and Hannah Ricks, Robert and Jack Harrison and Maddie and Emma Treaster; a sister, Mae Busbee; two brothers, Jimmy (Madelyn) Furtick, Wayne (Julia) Furtick and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by sisters, Joyce Richbourg and Curgie Furtick; brothers, Colby "Cob" Furtick and Oswald "O.K." Furtick.
