James A. "Jimmy" Eubanks, Sr.
Gloverville, SC - Mr. James A. "Jimmy" Eubanks, Sr., 82, entered into rest on Wednesday, March 19th, 2014.
Born in and a lifelong resident of Aiken County, SC, he was a son of the late Leroy and Christine Toole Eubanks. A veteran of the Korean War, he honorably served his country in the United States Army. He was a retired Truck Driver and Heavy Equipment Operator. Mr. Eubanks enjoyed spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, family members include his children, Jerry (Linda) Eubanks, Clearwater, SC, Audrey Henry Carruth, Gloverville, SC, Charles "Roger" (Connie) Eubanks, Gloverville, SC, Sandy (Doug Beverly) Eubanks, North Augusta, SC and the late James A. Eubanks, Jr., grandchildren, Shannon (Joey) Beard, Stacy, Amy, Stephanie, Alex Williams, Paige (Daryl Douthitt) Williams and Tannen Pennington, great-grandchildren, Kaslyn Smith and Kali Douthitt, former wife and friend, Barbara Ann Eubanks, Aiken, SC and friend, Ann Williams, Warrenville, SC.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd, 2014, at 1 o'clock in the chapel of Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Langley, SC, with Pastor Roland Smith officiating. Interment with veterans honors accorded by the United States Army Honor Guard will follow in Langley Cemetery, Langley, SC.
