James Edward "Buddy" Reynolds
AIKEN, SC - Funeral Services for Mr. James Edward "Buddy" Reynolds, 90, of Brunswick Lane, who entered into rest November 16, 2014, will be conducted Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock from the Levels Baptist Church. Rev. Clint Bartlett officiating. Interment in Hillcrest Memorial Park with Veterans Honors.
Mr. Reynolds was a native of Batesburg, South Carolina, a former resident of Augusta, having made Aiken his home for the past 53 years. He was a member of Levels Baptist Church where he had served as a Deacon and Trustee. Mr. Reynolds was a US Army Veteran of WWII and retired as a meat cutter. He was preceded in death by his wife Frances Beard Reynolds and a daughter, Nancy Reynolds.
Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law, Terry and Chong Reynolds, Martin-ez, GA and Ronnie E. Reynolds, Aiken; a brother, George W. Reynolds, Augusta; two sisters, Mary Reynolds, Augusta and Katie Padgett, Hephzibah, GA.; two grandchildren, Frank Reynolds and Connie Boatman; a great grandson, Evan Reynolds.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Tuesday evening from 6 until 8.
