Harman, Jr.
BEECH ISLAND, SC - Mr. James Warren Harman, Jr., 54, of Beech Island passed away November 26, 2014.
Born April 25, 1964 in Augusta, GA, he was the son of Yvonne Shipes Harman and the late James Harman, Sr.
He worked as a Highway Maintenance worker with the SC DOT for 8 years. He was a Gamecock fan and loved to watch sports on tv.
Jim is preceded in death by his father and daughter, Amanda LaShawn Harman.
Mr. Harman is survived by his son, Chase Harman (Mikayla) of Beech Island, SC; his mother; his sister, Catherine Cagney of Lexington, SC; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Brian and Aiden Harman. Pallbearers will be Adam Harman, Chase Harman, Brad Harman, Greg Brevard, Robert Workman and Curtis O'Banion.
Funeral services will be held at 3PM on Thursday, December 4, 2014 in the chapel of Hatcher Funeral Home with Scott Shipes officiating. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Graniteville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Jim's memory to Christ Central Ministries, attn: The Hope Center, 3605 Richland Ave W, Aiken, SC 29801 or to the CF Foundation, Augusta Chapter.
