Jerome (Ronney) Brown
OAKLAND, CA - Jerome (Ronney) Brown, 60, a native of Aiken, SC, passed away at his residence in California. He was a graduate of Aiken High School and a Veteran of the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jeroline Brown Hynson. He is survived by four daughters (Teresa, Tangy, Tunieka and Shantell), two sons (Rowmand and Delvond), 10 grandkids, two great-grandkids, one brother Larry Brown, one sister Sandra (James) Smith, a devoted cousin

Ronney loved life. He was forever young and free-spirited, with a great sense of humor. He had a distinguished laugh and always displayed a smile. He had a love for music and dance. He was an avid sports fan and participated in school basketball teams. He loved the water, as in his early years, he was a life guard at the Smith Hazel Recreational Center in Aiken. After high school, he joined the United States Air Force. After serving in the Air Force, he fell in love with the "Bay Area" making San Francisco and later Oakland his home, where he would often call relatives and friends while sitting by the lake. He loved his family and was very much loved by his family. He will be greatly missed.
