JEKYLLISLAND, GA - JoAnn White Kiddy entered heaven to join her beloved husband Bill on October 18, 2017. The daughter of the late Willa Mae White and the late Eugene D. White was born July 4, 1929 in Dublin, Georgia. She later moved to Aiken, S.C. where she attended school and graduated high school. While in Aiken, she owned and trained thoroughbred horses, then later traveled between Florida and New York on major horse racing circuits. In 1962 she moved to Jekyll Island, GA. There she became active in civic organizations and was an avid tennis player and golfer. She was a member of the Brunswick DAR Chapter; Jekyll Island Club; and the Art, Historic District, and Ladies Golf Associations. She was a charter member of the Sand Dollar Club and member and past president of the Pauper's Club. She was also a long time member and trustee of the Jekyll Island United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 26 years, William L. Kiddy. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann Dotter of Jekyll Island. Her private burial was held at
