Jonell Gresham Smith
GLOVERVILLE, SC - Mrs. Jonell Gresham Smith, 79, beloved wife of the late Clarence D. Smith, entered into rest on Tuesday, July 21, 2015.
Born in and a lifelong resident of Aiken County, SC, she was a daughter of the late William and Jonell Chappel Gresham. She was a dedicated member of Langley First Baptist Church, Langley, SC, was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and enjoyed camping and traveling, with her late husband, Clarence D. According to her son Keith, she as always up for an "adventure". Mrs. Smith retired from the former Palmetto Federal Bank, now Regions, after thirty-three years of service as a Customer Service Representative.
In addition to her husband and parents, family members include a son, Keith Smith and his wife, Jeanene, Warrenville, SC; siblings, Patsy Morgan and her late husband, Rev. G.L. Morgan, the late Margie Hankinson, the late Edith Arthur, the late Billy Gresham and the late Emma Bates, grandchildren, Jason Smith and his wife, Heather, Shannon Pardue and her husband, James, Alison Smith and Sarah Smith and five great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, July 24, 2015, at 2 o'clock at Langley First Baptist Church, Langley, SC, with Pastors Ken Garvin and Roland Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Graniteville SC. Pallbearers will be Bill Knapp, Joe Knapp, Blake Allen, Gregg Jackson, Brian Knight and Brennan Feagin.

The family will greet friends on Friday, July 24, 2015 from noon until 2 o'clock at
