AIKEN, SC - Mrs. Judith Ann "Judy" Donaldson Mitchell, 74, entered into rest on Monday, September 7th, 2015.
Born in Vincennes, IN, a daughter of the late Dallas and Ethel Humble Donaldson, she had been a former resident of Monroe City, IN, prior to making Aiken, SC, her home in 1983. She was a former Secretary with MK Ferguson and Wiedeman-Singleton and had worked in Procurement at WSRC. Judy was a dedicated communicant of St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, where she participated in Perpetual Adoration. She enjoyed baking, going to the beach and loved animals. More than anything, she enjoyed spending time with her grandson, Markee Lott, who was her pride and joy. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Pepper Hill for the care provided to Judy.
In addition to her parents and grandson, family members include a daughter, Jennifer Mitchell Lott and her husband, Mark, Warrenville, SC; her former husband, who she was married to from 1970 until 2006, Tom Mitchell, Warrenville, SC; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 11th, 2015, at 9 o'clock at St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, (Old Church on Park Ave.) Aiken, SC, with Father Jeffrey Kirby celebrant. Interment will follow in Southlawn Cemetery, Aiken, SC.

The family will greet friends on Thursday, September 10th, 2015, from 6 until 8 o'clock at HATCHER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, LANGLEY, SC.
