Keith Patrick Smith, Sr.
NORTH AUGUSTA, SC - Mr. Keith Patrick Smith, Sr., 54, entered into rest on Saturday, October 3, 2015.
Born in Richmond County, GA and a lifelong resident of Aiken County, SC, he was son of the late Daniel Bennett, Jr. and Ida Mae Widener Smith. He had formerly been employed by the Coca-Cola Company, Southern Felt and United Energy and was a member of Hollow Creek Baptist Church. Keith was very active in coaching baseball with MVRA, loved listening to music, cookouts and being with his friends.
In addition to his parents, family members include a son, Keith Patrick "Kip" Smith, Jr., Beech Island, SC; former wife, Laura Haffly, Beech Island, SC; siblings, Cindy Kirk and her husband, Jim, Aiken, SC, Theresa Ennis and her husband, Fred, Gloverville, SC, Veronica Grubb and her husband, John, Graniteville, SC and Melissa Moody and her husband, Neal, Graniteville, SC, as well as several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, afternoon, October 7, 2015 at 3:30 in the chapel of Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Langley, SC, with Dr. Roy Head and Pastor Darrell Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Graniteville, SC. Pallbearers will be Larry Postles, Fred Ennis, Chris Brooks, Heath Williams, Jeff Wheeler and Ty Wilson.

The family will greet friends on (this evening) Tuesday, October 6, 2015, from 6 until 8 o'clock at HATCHER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, LANGLEY, SC.
