Lee Clinton Etheredge
SWANSEA - Lee Clinton Etheredge originally of Swansea, South Carolina, 52, went to be with the Lord, Sunday August 17, 2014. Lee entered into rest peacefully at his residence in Aiken, South Carolina.
Lee was born in Columbia, South Carolina on October 19, 1961. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Thomas Etheredge. Survived by his wife Debbie McConnell Etheredge and daughter Leah Etheredge, sister- Lisa Etheredge Knight and Andy Knight, Uncle MC and Aunt Sarah and nieces and nephew: Cameron, Andrea and Thomas.
Lee was a talented pianist, an incredibly intelligent electrical engineer at SRNS- Savannah River Site, and an avid hunter, fisherman and NRA member. He was a member of three different bands throughout his lifetime, including Hyjynx, The Backroads/Backstreets, and Grande Faade. He was forever cracking jokes and making himself laugh.
The funeral service will be held at 12:30 PM on Saturday August 23, 2014 at Swansea United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held between 6-8 PM on Friday August 22, 2014 at Culler McAlhaney Funeral Home (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome.com) in North, South Carolina.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the , 1003 Hammond Road SW, Aiken, South Carolina, 29803.
