Lisia Deas Medlock
GRANITEVILLE, SC - Mrs. Lisia Deas Medlock, 53, entered into rest on Tuesday, November 1, 2016.
Born in Martinez, CA and a resident of Aiken County, SC, most of her life, she was a daughter of Betty Goodman Deas, Graniteville, SC and the late Walter "Pete" Deas. She was a Registered Nurse and attended the Fountain of Living Waters. Lisia enjoyed Antiquing and "treasure hunting" with her metal detector.
In addition to her parents, family members include her former husband and still friend, Mark Medlock, Graniteville, SC; daughters, Bethany Harrison and her husband, Wayne, Gloverville, SC and Cortney Wade and her husband, Daniel, North Augusta, SC; son, Daniel Medlock and his companion, Sydney Gooder, Franklin, NC; siblings, Walter Deas and his companion, Greg Campbell, Augusta, GA, Roy Deas and his wife,
Carmen, Warrenville, SC, Susie Deas, Trenton, SC and Billie Brown and her husband, Jimmy, Myrtle Beach, SC and grandchildren, Tyler Harrison, Anna Harrison, Eli Burke, Emerie Harrison, Eden Harrison, Ezekiel Wade and Felicity Wade.
In accordance with her wishes, Lisia will be cremated and a Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2016, at 2 o'clock in the chapel of Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 3464 Jefferson Davis Hwy., Graniteville, SC, with Pastor Bertie Altman officiating. Honorary Pallbearers will be Josh Moxley, Howie Deas, Keith Doolittle, John Deas, Emanuel Williams and Jimmy Brown. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
