Mary Jane Dixon
WARRENVILLE, SC - Mrs. Mary Jane Dixon, 66, of Warrenville, SC, entered heaven's gate and ran into the arms of her Golden Boy on Monday, May 19th, 2014. Mrs. Dixon left her earthly body peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones.
Mary was born in Atlanta, GA, on November 7th, 1947 to the late Lawrence Marion and Beatrice Paine Folsom. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, going to the mountains, gardening, working crossword puzzles and most importantly, spending time with her family.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Kenneth Dixon, a brother, Billy Folsom, and a sister, Joyce Spoonemore.
She is survived by her loving husband of fifty-one years, Jackie, her daughter and best friend, Kim Dixon Monroe, grandchildren, Casey Busbee, Kenneth Spoonemore, Kaitlyn Parrott and Sarah Monroe, great-grandson, Kingston Parrott, all of Beech Island, SC; brother, Warner (Debbie) Folsom, Houston, TX; sister, Judy (Charles) Sauls, Beech Island, SC and many nieces and nephews she adored.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, May 23rd, 2014, at 2 o'clock in the chapel of Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Langley, SC, with Pastor Kyle Poole officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Graniteville, SC. Pallbearers will be Robert Clay, Deith Dixon, Garrett Grice, Randy Harris, Gary Galloway and Charles Sauls.
