Mrs. Nina Hall Smoak Hancock
BEECH ISLAND, SC - Mrs. Nina Hall Smoak Hancock, 74, wife of Travis Hancock, met with Jesus on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at her residence.
Her funeral service was held at 12:00 PM on Monday, November 17, 2014 at Victory Baptist Church with Dr. R. Larry Brown officiating. Interment followed at Sunset Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Hancock was a member of Victory Baptist Church and the SOUL Winning Club.
Additional survivors include her children, Lisa Smoak McLane, Melinda Smoak Simpson, Robbie G. Smaok, Vince Hancock and his wife Tina, and Cate Lathan Forrester; one sister, Mary Bonnett; and her grandchildren, Amanda McLane, Eli McLane and his wife Samantha, Joshua McLane, Sara Grace McLane, Daniel Latham, Steven Hancock, Bethany Hancock, Brandy Hancock, and Kolby Hancock. She was preceded in death by one grandson, Jonathan Latham.
The family received friends at the church from 10:00 AM until service time.
Memorials may be made in lieu of flowers to the Garden City Rescue Mission, 828 Fenwick Street, Augusta, GA 30901; Sonshiner's Sunday School Class at Victory Baptist Church, 620 W. Martintown Road, North Augusta, SC 29841; or to Halcyon Hospice, 225 Barnwell Avenue NW, Aiken, SC 29801.
