Norma B. Wammock
CLEARWATER, SC - Mrs. Norma B. Wammock, 83, wife of the late Jimmie Carl Wammock, entered into rest on Tuesday, September 8th, 2015.
Born in Roper, NC and a resident of Aiken County, SC, most of her life, she was a daughter of the late Dewey and Cottie Chesson Berry. She was former employee of Bath Mill, Townsend Division and did new product demos at BI-LO and Walmart. Mrs. Wammock was a charter member of Hillview Baptist Church and enjoyed reading and gospel music.
In addition to her husband and parents, family members include her children, Wanda Wammock Bates and her husband, Robert, Waynesboro, GA and William Dewey "Butch" Wammock and his wife, Mary, Edgefield, SC; sister, the late Marie Cochran, special brother-in-law, Jack Cochran and his wife, Elizabeth, Warrenville, SC, grandchildren, William Carl Wammock and his wife, Jenny and Carol Leigh Wammock and her beloved four-legged child, Baby.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 o'clock on Friday, September 11th, 2015, in the chapel of Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Langley, SC, with Pastor Ken Garvin officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Graniteville, SC. Pallbearers will be Bobby Miller, Wyman Tapley, Lindsey Wright, Glenn Sanders, Donnie Hammett, Hillman Mathis and Donnie Swearingen.
The family would like to think Miss Ann and the ladies at Tarpley's Personal Care Home for the care provided to mom. All of you were her angels.
The family will greet friends on (this evening) Thursday, September 10th, 2015, from 6 until 8 o'clock at HATCHER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, LANGLEY, SC
