Paul Elliot Clark
AIKEN, S.C. - Paul Elliot Clark of Aiken, South Carolina died on August 16, 2014 after a long illness. He was born on September 27, 1928 in Jamestown, New York and was the son of Paul Arnold Clark and Anna Ella Loucks. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Polly Griffen Clark, and by son Elliot Clark, son Peter Clark, and daughter-in-law Debra Clark of Aiken, South Carolina, and by daughter Betsy Clark, grandson Griffen Rosado, and granddaughter Sophie Rosado of Kannapolis, North Carolina.
He served in the United States Army of Occupation, Yokohama, Japan during World War II, and then graduated from Alfred University. He worked in the advertising industry (account executive and media sales) in New York City, New York and later in Miami, Florida.
The family will receive visitors from 5 to 7 PM on Thursday August 21, 2014 at 30 Bungalow Village Way, Aiken.
