Raymond Locklear Jr.
AIKEN- Mr. Raymond Locklear Jr. entered into rest on Friday, August 25, 2017, at his residence. Born in Marlboro County, SC to the late Raymond Locklear Sr. and Beulah Locklear, he was a retired supervisor with Owens Corning Fiberglass with 18 years of service and a retired Plant Supervisor with CertainTeed. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War with the 82nd Airborne. Mr. Locklear was of the Baptist faith and he enjoyed a round of golf and fishing.
Surviving are four children: Deborah Junker, Grayson, GA, Janet Clonts, Lexington, SC, Glenn Locklear, Nova Scotia and Ken Locklear, Aiken, SC, three brothers, four sisters, and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, August 28, 2017, in the Hatcher Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Watkins officiating.
