Richard C. Williams
AIKEN, SC - Richard C. Williams, age 47, of Aiken, S.C., loving husband for 25 precious years to Nina Chavis Williams and son of Mary Love Williams and the late Clyde Jacob Williams, entered into rest on Sunday, March 27, 2016. In addition to this wife and mother, he is survived by daughters, Vanessa Dahan and Stephanie Chavis; sisters, Melissa, Marsha and Michelle Williams; brothers, Ronnie and David Williams and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Robert Chavis.
He was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida but has been in the CSRA for over 35 years. He was a dump truck driver by trade for Toby Marks Development Co. in Aiken, S.C. He was of the Pentecostal Faith. He was a loving and dedicated son, husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend. He shall be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched during his short lifetime on earth; however death is not the end, as he has just made that great transition to his new Heavenly home, where all is joy and peace in a place where the soul shall never die in a land of endless tomorrows. "To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord".
A memorial service, celebrating his life, will be held at Banner of Love Church in Aiken, S.C. on Friday, April 1, 2016 at 3:00 PM with Pastor Carrie Gordon officiating. The interment will be private. Napier Funeral Home, 315 Main St., Graniteville, S.C. 29829 is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
