Sylvia L. Wiley-Gambrell
COLUMBIA, S.C. - Sylvia L. Wiley-Gambell entered into rest Monday, June 30, 2013 at her residence. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 3, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the Thankful Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 1810 Old Barnwell Road, Williston, S.C. (Windsor Community) with the Rev. Freddie L. Bush officiating.
Survivors are her husband, Randall Gambrell of the home; her mother, Alice Burton, West Palm Beach, Florida; one son, Allen Powell Jr., Columbia, S.C.; one daughter, Alicia Mingo (Hilton) West Palm Beach, Florida; five sisters, Mary Smith (William) Williston, S.C., Ruby Bates (Benny) Windsor, S.C., Sarah William, Williston, S.C., Bonita Brown (Don), Charlene Curtis (Deon) both of West Palm Beach, Fla.; ten grandchildren and a host of nephews, niece and other relatives and friends.
Family and friends may call at the residence, 205 Lincolnshire Square, Colum-bia, S.C. 29203 or the Simmons Memorial Chapel of Elko on Wednesday 2-8 p.m. 803-266-2939. Body will be placed in the church at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday morning.
