James E. Graves Obituary
James E. Graves, 71, of Humansville passed away Saturday, November 22, 2014 at the Northwood Hills Care Center in Humansville. He was born in Akron, Colorado as one of 5 children to Russell and Eva Graves. James and his wife Katherine moved to the Humansville area in 2008 to be near his brother and sister-in-law.
He worked as a painter and carpenter for most of his working career. He was also engaged in farming while living in Colorado. He enjoyed building things, tinkering, and working in his yard.
James was preceded in death by his parents; brother Buck Graves; sisters Alice Herzberg and Vera Estep.
He is survived by his wife Katherine of the home; daughter Pennie Lea Wagner and her husband Kurt of Buffalo, Wyoming; grand-daughters Lillie May, Krissie, and Katie; 8 great-grandchildren; brother Norman Graves and his wife Kathy of Humansville, Missouri; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
