Obituary Condolences

John Henry Frenzl passed away December 15, 2012 at the Yuma District Hospital. He had just recently celebrated his 82nd birthday.
John was born December 11, 1930 on the family farm south of Otis, CO to Frank and Laura (Ehrhart) Frenzl. John was a life long member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Akron, CO.
He lived on the farm until his failing health required him to move to the Washington County Nursing Home in January of 2012. He never gave up the dream of going home to the farm and helping with the farming and cattle. He loved nothing more than to see the corn and wheat sprout and the baby calves running in the pasture.
John was preceded in death by his parents, sister Frances Frenzl; sister-in-law, Carrie Frenzl and brother-in-law, Bill Eskew.
He is survived by two brothers; Frank Frenzl and his wife, Pauline; Lewis Frenzl; and one sister, Helen Eskew. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A rosary service was held Thursday, December 20, 2012 at 10:00 am; with the Mass of Christian Burial immediately following at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Interment followed immediately at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Akron. Memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery. Bowin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
