The rosary for Sally Lee, 74, of Abernathy, Texas, will be recited at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, 2012, at Abell Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, in St. Isidore Catholic Church with the Rev. Jacob Puthuparambil officiating. Services are under the direction of Abell Funeral Home and Flower Shop of Abernathy.
Ms. Lee died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012, in Lubbock, Texas.
She was born Dec. 5, 1937, in Alamogordo to Isaac and Ramona (Luna) Carabajal. She was raised in Alamogordo and married Jose R. Rodriguez, who preceded her in death on Dec. 4, 1972.
She was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church, the Texas Extension Education Association and was a member of the "Been There, Done That" Club. She moved to Abernathy from Rotan, Texas in 2004.
She is survived by her children Celia and Dr. Mark Miller, of Abernathy, Monica and Felix Carillo, of Rotan, Steven Rodriguez and April Frame, of Godley, Texas, Ryan and Rachel Lee, of Godley, and Karen and Tim Fritz, of Temple, Texas; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and five sisters, Consuelo Flores, of Alamogordo, Lita Pena, of Tularosa, Esparanza Colunga, of California, Carmen Paz, of Burleson, Texas, and Gloria Hernandez, of Arizona.
