Aurora M. Rodriguez, 83, passed away Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, in Alamogordo. She was born Oct. 15, 1929, in Hanover.
Survivors include daughters Armida Rodriguez and Maria Otero, grandchildren Victor Otero, Billy and wife, Winter Otero; Elisa and spouse, Robert Foster; Brandy and spouse, Jason Rodriguez-McCann; great-grandchildren Dominic, Skylynn and Keanna Otero, and Chase Foster as well as family in Silver City, Deming, Columbus and Bayard, and close friend of many years Silvia Turoyols.
She was preceded in death by her husband Alberto M Rodriguez. The Rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated after the Rosary at the church at 10 a.m. with Father Mike Lindsay, Celebrant. Inurnment will follow at Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery.
The Rodriguez family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home to direct the funeral services. Cremation has taken place at PCS. To sign the online register book, please visit www.alamogordofuneralhome.org.
