Mary Frances Clower, 87, passed away on Feb. 4, 2014, in Alamogordo. She was born on May 22, 1926, in Piedmont, W.Va., to Sylvester and Frances (Thomas) Shircliff.
Survivors include four sons James I. Clower, of Alamogordo, Gary Clower and wife, Bonnie, of Narvon, Pa., Thomas Clower and wife, Linda, of Pratville, Ala., and Andrew Clower and wife, Pam, of Stillwater, Okla.; grandson Robin Clower, of Stillwater; granddaughter Tory Clower, of Lincoln, Neb.; brother Thomas Shircliff and wife, Sherry, of Sherwood, Ark.; and sister Sylvia Lyon, of Hagerstown, Md.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. James C. Clower.
Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014, at St. Jude Parish with Father Tom Hoffman, Celebrant.
The Clower family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Hamilton-O'Dell Funeral Home to direct the arrangements. Cremation has taken place at PCS.
