Oscar B. Olson

Oscar B. Olson passed away on Dec. 23, 2012 in Tularosa. He was born on Oct. 10, 1925 in Chicago, Ill. to Oscar and Ruby Baker-Olson.
He was a proud veteran of World War II having served in the Army Air Corps and was a lineman for Southern Pacific Railroad for 31 years.
Survivors include four of his seven children, Dolly Gray, Judy Petree, Timothy Olson and Lisa Carvel, 10 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his two wives, Dora Clarke-Olson and Joyce Smith-Olson and his parents.
Private memorial Services will be held at a later date.
The Olson family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home, Inc. to direct the engagements. Cremation will take place at PCS.
