Coma Jackson, 92, a resident of Alamogordo until recently moving to Albuquerque, passed away on Monday, Feb. 25, 2013, in Albuquerque. She was born on Nov. 11, 1920, in Temple, Okla., to Harris and Annie Davidson Cook.

Coma was a member of the Rose City Lioness Club and the Tularosa Lions Club for many years.
Survivors include her son Harris Dee Jackson and wife, Sandra; daughter-in-law Clarita Jackson sister Roma Livingston, six grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, and many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ell Dee Jackson and son Leslie Ray Jackson.
The funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2013, at Hamilton O'Dell Funeral Home Chapel with Billy Tucker officiating.
Interment will follow at Monte Vista Cemetery.
The family will greet friends from 12-1 p.m. prior to the funeral service.
The family would like to thank her caregivers Mike and Monica Montoya and Presbyterian Hospice for giving her the amazing care and comfort she deserved in the final months of her life.
