Marjorie Mae Holland
Marjorie ceased to live in this world on Feb. 17, 2014, she entered into sweet rest in the arms of Jesus her savior.
Marjorie was the last of 10 kids born to Arlie and Modest Coifed-Scott in Natchitoches, La.
She was a caring woman that was preceded in death by her husband, Deacon Lorenzo Holland, in 1977.
She leaves her legacy with Eric and Charlotte, of the family home.
Marjorie will always be remembered for her ability and willingness to help others. She loved cooking and watching the Food Network when time would permit. She has a host of nieces and nephews and family friend that will miss her dearly. One person that stands out in this will be her niece "Mrs. Rosie" truly a prayer partners and supporter.
Her home going celebration will at 11 a.m. Wednesday Feb. 26, 2014, at New Hope Full Gospel Church. The church is located at 800 Ninth St., in Alamogordo.
The Holland family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home to direct the arrangements.
