Harold Raymond "Ray" Johnson II, 45, passed away Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, in Chandler, Ariz. He was born June 9, 1967, in Okinawa, Japan, to Harold and Marlene Vidic Johnson.
Ray was born into an Air Force family. He learned to make friends fast and appreciate them as he moved to his father's new assignments. When he married, the urge to move was instilled in him. He moved his family many times, ending up in Chandler where he worked as an Intel project manager.
Survivors include his wife, Eva Johnson, of Chandler, and their three daughters, Kristin, Rachel and Katlin; his parents Harold and Marlene Johnson; his older brother Tracy and wife, Donna; younger brother Kenneth "Bo" Johnson and Cambri Johnson; nephews Jeremiah, Jacob and Jarod; and niece Natalie Johnson.
Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at St. Jude Parish with Father Tom Hoffman S.J., as celebrant.
The family will greet friends after the service at 38 KC Road, Alamogordo.
The Johnson family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Hamilton-O'Dell Funeral Home to direct the arrangements.
