Linda Cleo Nipp LoBaugh, 71, of Lone Wolf, passed away Monday afternoon, April 28, 2014, surrounded by her family.

Linda was born on Oct. 7, 1942, in Blair, grew up there, and graduated from Blair High School in 1960.

Jerry and Linda LoBaugh were married June 1, 1960. Linda worked in the banking industry for 45 years, finally retiring in 2007. Jerry and Linda were members of the Church of Christ in Lone Wolf. Linda enjoyed spending time with her family as well as getting together with her group of long-time close friends, "The Red Hat Ladies." Linda was a "mild" sports fanatic, whether it was her grandchildren's sporting events, the Texas Rangers, the OKC Thunder, or her beloved Oklahoma Sooners.

Linda is survived by her loving husband and best friend, Jerry; their two children, son Donnie LoBaugh and wife Terrie of Hobart, and their children Evan LoBaugh and fiancé MaKenzie Mecham, Lauren LoBaugh and fiancé Caleb Crick, and Kenzie LoBaugh, and their son Brian LoBaugh and wife Liz of Aledo, Texas and their children Kade and Ali.

She was preceeded in death by her parents, Harold and Alice Nipp; three brothers, Harold Nipp, Jr., Carrell Nipp, and Gerald Wayne Nipp; and one sister, Nettie Dennis. Surviving siblings are brother Don Nipp of Tulware, Calif.; and two sisters, Carolyn Bailey of Altus, and Edith Biddy of Dallas, Texas.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that you make a donation to Quartz Mountain Christian Camp in memory of Linda.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday at the Church of Christ in Hobart with Ed LoBaugh and Bill Coffin officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at People's Cooperative Funeral Home in Lone Wolf.
