Cuauhtemoc "Temo" Moreno Obituary
Cuauhtemoc "Temo" Moreno, 59, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed away Saturday, July 15, 2017 at his home. 
He was born July 17, 1957 in Aguililla, Michoacan, Mexico to J. Jesus Moreno and Clementina Mejia.
He received his education in Mexico and came to Idaho after high school.
He came to the USA in 1976 and moved to Blackfoot in 1999 where he opened his own Mexican restaurant, Morenitas #3 and owned a couple of taco trucks.
In 2000, he met Erika Lua and they were married in Blackfoot, Idaho. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Rexburg Temple on March 16, 2013.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. At the time of his death he was serving in the Branch Mission Presidency. He was a hard working man and was always fixing everything. He also loved traveling to Washington to visit family. A great husband, dad, uncle, grandpa and friend.
He is survived by his wife, Erika of Blackfoot; children, Claudia (Blake) Butler, Yvette Cardenas, Cuauhtemoc "Angel" Moreno, Francisco Jesus Moreno, Shauntel Teresa Moreno all of Blackfoot; He is also survived by children from a previous marriage, Jessica Ruby Moreno, Jesus Jesse Moreno, Ariel Irene Moreno, Jisselle Lynn Moreno; grandchildren, Jayden, Amaya Butler, Daniel, Mireya Cabrera, Reyna Liv, Devin, Jaxon and Alana Moreno.
He is also survived by brothers and sisters; Maria Elena Moreno, Francisco Moreno, Maria de Jesus Moreno, Rojelio Espinoza, Emma Moreno, Francisca Moreno, Maria de Jesus Moreno Mejia, Amparo Moreno, Juana Robledo, Maria Chiprez, Jose Luis Moreno, German Moreno.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and three sisters.
A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, July 22 at Hawker Funeral Home, 132 S. Shilling Ave., Blackfoot.
The family will meet with friends from 6-8 p.m.on Friday evening and for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Interment will be in the Grove City Cemetery.
