Linda Kay McNamara Obituary
Linda Kay McNamara, 62, of Blackfoot, passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at her home in Groveland.
She was born July 13, 1953 at Blackfoot, Idaho, to Henry Bradshaw and Laree Spencer Bradshaw. She attended school in Blackfoot, graduating from Blackfoot High School. She has lived most of her life in Blackfoot, she lived in Hawaii for 2 years and California while her husband, Tom McNamara, was stationed there while serving in the Army. She and Tom were later divorced.
Linda was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Linda's passion was her children and their spouses and her wonderful grandchildren. She loved them all and always wanted to please them, with her fried potatoes, cheesy potatoes and other great meals.
Linda loved to fish and was looking forward to her fishing outings with Ryan and others. She was already planning how to make the Fourth of July barbecue at Stacy's bigger and better than last year, when the whole family would gather. 
She also looked forward to the trips with just the girls, to Heise Hot Springs, where a day could not last long enough.
She is survived by her children,Tom (Jennifer) McNamara, of Idaho Falls, Stacey (Buff) Stephenson, Ryan (Kristin) McNamara, Josh McNamara, all of Blackfoot, Jeremy McNamara of Idaho Falls, her mother and step-father, LaRee and Mike Nolan, of Blackfoot; sisters, Bonnie Jones, of Idaho Falls, Carla Hawkers, of Syracuse, Utah, and Barbara Albertson of Pocatello and 10 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death her father, Henry Bradshaw and one brother Doug Bradshaw.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, March 7 at Grove City Cemetery.
The family will greet friends and family from 1-1:45 p.m. at Hawker Funeral Home, 132 S. Shilling Ave., Blackfoot, a procession from the mortuary to the cemetery will follow. Condolences may be sent to: www.hawkerfuneralhome.com.
