Mr. Charles Frankie Thrower

Funeral service for Mr. Charles Frankie Thrower, 56, of Ohatchee, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 31 , 2010, at Chapel Hill Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Todd Walker officiating. Interment will follow at Hall's Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. tonight at the funeral home. Mr. Thrower passed away Sunday, March 28, 2010, at his residence. Mr. Thrower is survived by his wife, Patricia Thrower; daughters, Brandy Morrison, of Parris Texas, Tonya Haynes; sons, Dewayne Thrower, of Smyrna, Tenn., Michael Haynes; sons-in-law, Kenneth Rice, Clellan Dunn, Joe Morrison, of Paris, Texas, Todd Heczko, of Smyrna, Tenn.; sisters, Phyllis Pruitt (Willard), Margie Header (Dewayne); sister-in-law, Sue Thrower; brothers, Lattie Thrower (Mary), Ralph Thrower (Francis), Roger Dale Thrower, James "Peanut" Thrower, of Perry, Ga., William Thrower (Belinda); grandchildren, Justin Haynes, Blake Brown, Alexis Morrison, Jordan Morrison, Jessica Brown, Erin Morrison; several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Pruitt, Eddie Brewster, Michael Rainey, Warren Clements, Daniel Clements and Todd Heczko. Mr. Thrower is a native of Talladega and current resident of Ohatchee. He attended school at Lincoln and Ohatchee. He has been employed at Valley Machine Company, C.M. Offray and Sons, Barber's Dairy. He was of the Southern Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jake and Dollie Thrower; brothers, Jake "Scooter" Thrower, Ray Thrower. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend.
