The funeral service for Mr. David Lee Hall, 67, of Anniston, will be at 2 pm on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at K.L. Brown Memory Chapel in Golden Springs with Dr. Mack Amis officiating. The family will receive friends from noon until 2 pm on Saturday at the funeral home. Mr. Hall passed away on January 16, 2018 at his home. Mr. Hall attended Glen Addie Elementary School, Johnston Junior High School, and was in the 1968 graduating class of Anniston High School. He was most proud of his perfect attendance record during all of his school years. He completed the sheet metal program at Gadsden State Technical School. Mr. Hall also served in the Alabama National Guard. He worked in the family business, Hall Roofing Company. Mr. Hall was a former member of Glen Addie Baptist Church and was a current member of Parker Memorial Baptist Church. He was a family man, very proud of his daughters, and enjoyed just watching his grandchildren play. He will be remembered as a very faithful friend. Mr. Hall is preceded in death by his wife, Lynda Faye Gilland Hall, and his parents, Joseph David and Eva Lee Lambert Hall. Mr. Hall is survived by his daughters, Jana Hall Papa (Andre) and Heather Brooke Conner (Chris); a granddaughter, Aianna Conner; grandsons, Haven Niblett, Hunter Waites, and Jimmy Conner; a brother, Ronnie Hall (Susie); a niece Lea Melvin (Casey); and a nephew, Kevin Hall. Pallbearers will be Terry Braxton, Mike Braxton, Andre Papa, Ray Hanson, Sidney Nelson, Ray Harris, William Weiser, and Bill Madden. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Anchor Sunday School Class of Parker Memorial Baptist Church. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.klbrownmemorychapel.com. K.L.
