Funeral service for Loretta "Tinky" Gentry, 70, will be 2 p.m. today at 1st Wesleyan Church, with Pastor Ron Hardy officiating. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Gentry died Monday at her residence. Survivors include her son, Tracy Gentry and wife, Johnnie; step-son, Ralph Gentry Jr. and wife, Glenda; grandchildren, Nicholas, Jenni, Mark, Chris, Marsha and Shane; great-grandchildren, Thatcher, Connor, Carson, James, Alona, William and Kaitlin; sisters, Annette Hakes, Mae McKinney and Ruth Brugen; brother, Tom "Bug" Stacks and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Gentry is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Gentry Sr. and parents, Tom and Sudie Stacks. Pallbearers will be Mark Gentry, Chris Gentry, Shane Whitt, Wayne King, Jeff Arnold and Owen Arnold. Mrs. Gentry was a native of Calhoun County and a resident of Anniston.
