A memorial service for Phillip Thomas Stowe will be held today, April 4, 2014, at Ragan Chapel on Ragan Chapel road in Ohatchee at 4 p.m. He was born on September 19, 1994 and died on Sunday, March 30 ,2014, at the age of 19. He is survived by his mother, Kathy West; his brothers, Dominic Griffo, Jonathan Swanson; also several aunts,uncles and cousins. He is predeceased by his father Phillip Stowe.
