Funeral service for SSG Millard C. Harville Jr., 71, U. S. Army Retired, will be Thursday, July 25, 2013, at 11 a.m at the K. L. Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Center Chapel with the Rev. Ted Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, Ala., with full military honors. The family will receive friends at the funeral home for one hour prior to services. SSG Harville died Sunday, July 21, 2013, at Jacksonville Health and Rehabilitation. He is survived by his wife, Hwa Cha Harville, of Jacksonville; a son, Jimmy Lee Harville and his wife, Rita, of Birmingham; a sister, Lane Darby and her husband, Russell, of Batesville, Miss.; a brother, Elmer Harville and his wife, Sarah, of Mississippi; one grandchild, Elijah Eugene Harville and several nieces and nephews. SSG Harville served his country in the U.S. Army Military Police for 20 dedicated years which included a tour in Vietnam.
