Anniston - Visitation service for Orlie J. "O.J." Howard, 65, of Anniston, will be this evening from 6-8 p.m. at Gray Brown Funeral Home. Mr. Howard died Wednesday afternoon at his residence. Survivors include his wife, Helma Howard; daughters, Pamella Howard, of Anniston and Jennifer Skinner, of Oxford; four grandchildren, Cody Homnack, Katey, JoJo, and Cruz Skinner; sister, Loralie Howard, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; brother, Charles Howard, of Paola, Kansas; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Howard is preceded in death by his parents, Orland and Georgie Howard. Mr. Howard was a native of Salina, Kansas and resident of Anniston, Alabama. He served 20 years in the U.S. Army and was a Vietnam War veteran. He was a member of the VFW and Anniston Country Western Dance Club.
